Beef Enoki Rolls are a delicious appetizer or snack that combines tender strips of beef, earthy enoki mushrooms, and a flavorful marinade. The rolls are skewered and grilled, creating a smoky char that pairs perfectly with the savory umami flavors of the mushrooms. Beef Enoki Rolls Ingredients

250 gr Sliced beef2 packs enoki mushrooms1 tbsp neutral oilToasted sesame seeds for garnish

Sauce Ingredients

1 garlic clove, grated1 tbsp ginger juice1 tbsp sake1 tbsp sugar2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp dark soy sauce

Steps

1. Cut the root end of enoki mushrooms2. Separate enoki into small bundles3. Wrap enoki with sliced beef4. Brush and heat oil in a pan, pan sear rolls all sides until browned5. Add in all sauce ingredients, mix gently and cook for 2-3 mins6. Remove from heat and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds7. Serve beef enoki rools with steam rice
