Beef Enoki Rolls Ingredients 250 gr Sliced beef2 packs enoki mushrooms1 tbsp neutral oilToasted sesame seeds for garnish Sauce Ingredients 1 garlic clove, grated1 tbsp ginger juice1 tbsp sake1 tbsp sugar2 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp dark soy sauce Steps 1. Cut the root end of enoki mushrooms2. Separate enoki into small bundles3. Wrap enoki with sliced beef4. Brush and heat oil in a pan, pan sear rolls all sides until browned5.
