Beef & Broccoli Noodles Ingredients

200g egg noodles300g beef350g broccoliOlives oil

For The Sauce

1/4 cup Soya sauce2 grated garlic cloves2 tbsp oyster sauce1/2 cup water3 tbsp sugar11/2 tbsp starch

Directions

In a pan add some olives oil, then add the broccoliSeason it with salt and pepper and add 1/4 cup of hot water, cover it and let it steam from 5 to 10 minutes, stir every 3 minutesMix all the sauce ingredients together and set asideCut the beef into very thin slicesRemove the broccoli from the pan and add the beef, and some saltMix well until all beef changes color Now add the sauce and mix until it thickensTaste the beef, if done add the broccoli and cooked noodles and mix all together Sprinkle some sesame, green onions and enjoy
