Ingredients For The Cake

10g unflavoured soy protein isolate (from @myvegan)25g salted caramel soy protein isolate (from @myvegan)25g blended rolled oats/ oat flour10g Oat fibre (can sub with oat flour or AP flour as well)4g baking powder150-170g of liquid (water/ milk of choice)

Ingredients For The Fillings

10g of chocolate (used @lindt 85% dark chocolate)35g yogurt (from @tamarvalleydairy )5g chocolate smooth soy protein isolate (from @myvegan)

Toppings

Banana@marksandspencerhk Greek yogurt@califiafarms almond milk (mix a bit with Greek yogurt)@hersheys cacao powder@green_common Crispy golden buckwheat grain@waldenfarmsinternational calorie-free walnut maple syrup

Methods

1. Preheat the oven at 1802. Mix all of the dry ingredients and water together3. Mix yogurt and protein powder for the fillings4. Pour 1/3 cake batter into the baking tray5. Add the yogurt filling in and top with chocolate6. Add the remaining cake batter7. Top with banana slices8. Bake at 180 for 20-25 mins (shorter for a gooey texture or longer for a cakey texture)9. Mix Greek yogurt, almond milk, and cacao powder together10. Top them on top of the baked cake and add more crispy grain on top11. Yummmmmm
