Bird Nests Ingredients

1/2 a package of Katiafi shredded dough(osmaliyi dough)1/2 a cup ghee or butterSimple syrup full resize in this hashtagMini cup cake pan or just round them and place them in a regular tray beside each other.

Filings

1/2 cup pistashio mixed with 1 tbsp simple syrup1/2 cup cashews mixed with 1 tbsp simple syrupNutellaBiscoffAshta ( home made or use ricotta cheese mixed with canned ashta and little bit of honey or simple syrup)

Instructions

1: if y you on filling the cups with ashta make ahead of time or just use store bought ricotta cheese mixed with 1 can ashta (puck) and little bit of honey or simple syrup.2: make the simple syrup ahead of time.3: mix half of the khatiafi shredded dough that shown in the video with half a cup of ghee or butter then take some round around your finger and place in the mini cupcake pan.4: bake at 320f till golden color5: take out and add little bit of simple syrup on each one and the empty ones fill with what you like.
