White Chocolate And Cranberry Cookies Ingredients

4 cups of plain flour2 tsp of baking powder1 cup of dried cranberries1 cup of white chocolate chips1.5 tbsp of canola oil1 and 2/3 cup of sugar2 eggs2 tbsp of milk

Method

1. Add the flour, baking powder, cranberries white chocolate chips and canola oil to a bowl2. Add the sugar, eggs and milk3. Mix to create a dough4. Roll into balls and flatten into cookie shapes5. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes6. Cool and enjoy!
