The Easiest Garlic Vegetable Orzo Ingredients – Orzo (can sub for whatever grain you prefer)– Veggies of choice (I kept it simple and used pepper and zucchini)– Garlic– Drizzle of olive oil– Salt/pepper to taste Steps Start by heating a pan with a drizzle of olive oil Add in a few cloves of minced garlic along with the rest of your veggies Cook for about 5-10 min or until veggies are soft Cook orzo as you would normally, then pour it into the same pan you cooked the veggies in Stir until fully combined, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!!!
