Seekh Kabab Ingredients 500 gram ground lamb1⁄3 cup fresh cilantro1/3 cup mint1 tomato1/2 onion2 tbsp crushed chili1 inch ginger piece5-6 garlic cloves1 green chili2 Tbsp coriander seeds1 tbsp cumin seeds2 Tbsp dry fenugreek leaves1/2 tsp turmeric powderSalt according to taste1 tbsp clarified butter1 coal for smoking meat Method 1. Grind all the ingredients together except coal. Leave it for half an hour2. Burn the charcoal and smoke the mince meat for half an hour.3. Make seekh kababs on a skewer.4. Brush the grill with oil and heat over medium. Grill the kebabs, rotating as needed, until browned all over and cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.5.
