Risoles Mayo

Wrapper Ingredients

1 eggHalf of a tsp of salt2 tbsp vegetable oil1 cup all purpose flour300 ml water

Filling

Slices of mortadella or sausagesCheeseBoiled egg, cutMayonnaiseTomato sauce

Coating

Beaten eggBreadcrumbs

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients.2. Grease a non-stick pan then heat it up3. Pour 1 ladle of the batter. Spread it out.4. Once a bit crispy at the edge, put it on a plate. Safe aside. Do it until all the batter’s done.5. Put the filling on the wrapper, then wrap it like an envelope.6. Coat them with beaten egg then breadcrumbs.7. Fry them in hot oil til golden brown. Served.
