Qeema Karahi Ingredients Coarsely cut mince meat 1 kgGinger garlic 1 tbsp heapedFresh green chili chopped 41 chicken cubeChili powder 1 tbspWhite cumin roasted 1 tbspCoriander powder 1 tbspSalt 1 tsp heapedAll purpose flour 2 TbspDry fenugreek leaves 1 tbspWhole spice powder 1/2 tspTomatoes purée 1 cupGinger julienne 1 tbspOil 1/3 cupCoriander leaf chopped 2 tbspMint leaf chopped 10Fried onion 2 Tbsp Method Heat oil add ginger garlic paste and chopped chili. Fry for few secondsAdd all the seasoning and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and cook until water evaporates.Add minced chicken in the karahi. Cook on high heat until all the water evaporates and oil separatesLastly add ginger julienne green chilies, coriander leafs, spring onion chopped leave it at dum.Serve it with hot naans.
