1 Cup Flour3/4 Plant Based Milk4 Tbsp Sugar1 Tsp Baking Powder2 Tbsp Vegan Butter1 Beetroot (blended)

Method

1. To prep your raw beetroot, boil it for 20-30 minutes and blitz it in a blender with a little water until it becomes a purée consistency.2. In mixing bowl add your flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, butter and puréed beetroot.3. On a flat pan add a spoonful of the batter and once the edges start to look cooked, flip it over.4. Optional: add any fruits, vegan chocolate sauce, icing sugar!
