Pie Susu (Egg Tart) Ingredients

Crust Ingredients:500 gr all purpose flour300 gr margarine150 gr icing sugar1 eggFilling (mix all together):250 gr milk3 egg yolks50 gr sugar150 gr condensed milk1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven at temperature 150 degrees Celsius2. Making a crust dough by mixing all the crust ingredients.3. Take some dough, flat it, then put in a cup.4. Pour the filling (not until full, slightly under)5. Put them into oven for about 50 minutes* or until well-baked (if the filling has bumpy surface, it means baked)6. Put them out, then cool them down. Served.*Note: the baking time also depends on the size of the cups. I was using a bit higher cup (than the regular pie cup), so I need more time to bake it.
