In pressure cooker, saute brown onion until translucent.2. Add garlic, shallots, and ginger. Stir until fragrant.3. Put the lamb in. Stir until changed the colour.4. Pour milk and water.5. Add the the rest of ingredients. Stir until well-combined. Cover then tighten the lid. Cook for half an hour.6. Turn off the heat. Open the lid then take out the meat. Safe aside.7. In rice cooker bowl, mix basmati rice and the lamb broth (using the right amount to cook the basmati for your rice cooker).8. Once the rice is cooked, serve with the meat and all the toppings. Enjoy!
