Naga Tandoori Wings Ingredients 12-Flat wings (1/2 kilo)2 tbsp-Natural yogurt1 tbsp-Grated ginger1 tbsp-Kashmiri Chilli Powder1 tbs-Dried kasuri methi @alamgeerfoods1tsp-Garam masala @rajahspices1 tsp-Cumin powder2 tsp-Hot paprika1/2 tsp-Turmeric powder @rajahspices2 tbsp-Olive oilLemon juice ( forgot to add ) Method Add yogurt and mix all the ingredients listed above except the wings.Mix until smooth paste.Add the wings and coatCling film and leave in the fridge for 1 hour, the longer you leave it the better it absorbs the flavours. ( Best overnight)Put in the air fryer and cook at 200c, 10 minutes on each side.You can also grill in the oven at 200c 12 minutes each side, be sure to check it may need pasting 5 minutes before you turn to stop it drying out.Voila!
