Ingredients

1/2kg flat wings washed and pat dry

For The Green Sauce

Handful of mintHandful of coriander5 green chilli ( adjust to spice tolerance)4 Clove of garlicSmall piece of finger1 tbsp- Lemon juice( added later accidentally missed )2 tbsp- Oil

For The Marinade

2 tbsp- Natural yoghurt1 tsp- Black pepper2 tsp- Chilli powder @rajahspices1 tsp- Garam masala ( homemade mix)1 tsp- cumin powder @rajahspicesSalt to taste

Method

Put all the green sauce ingredients in a blender and blitz until it turns into a paste & leave asideIn a bowl add all the marinade ingredients and mix to combine all ingredients togetherMix both sauces and add the chicken wingsEnsure all the chicken is evenly coated.Leave in the fridge for 1 hour minimum, for best results leave overnightGrilled in the air fryer for 15 minutes on each side at 200c, or alternatively grill in the oven.Voila!
