Kinder Bueno Cookie Dough Ingredients

100g butter75g light brown sugar37g caster sugar1 large egg1tsp vanilla essence140g plain flour1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda1/2 tsp salt3 packets Kinder BuenoHandful of white chocolate chips

Steps

1. Preheat the oven at 160C and begin by whisking together the butter and sugars in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.2. Then mix in the egg, vanilla essence, flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Add in the chocolate chips and 2 packets of kinder bueno and mix by hand.3. Pour the mixture into a pan and decorate the top with the remaining kinder. Bake in the oven at 160C for 25 minutes and serve immediately.
