Khara Masala Gosht Ingredients 500 gms mutton/beef1/3 cup ghee1/2 cup fried onion2 tbsp ginger garlic pastesalt to taste2 -3 black cardamom4-5 cloves1 inch cinnamon stick1 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin seeds15-20 black peppercorns1 bay leaf1/2 cup yogurt8-10 green chili1/2 bunch cilantro1/2 tsp garam masala powder Method Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till golden brown and keep on the paper towel on the side.Add all the whole spices in the oil.In the same oil Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears.Add onion and turmeric powder in. Cook for few minutes.Pressure cook meat with 1/2 cup water until 80% done. Add it in the pot and cook on high heat until all the water evaporates.add the yogurt and cook till the yogurt is well incorporated into the masalaAdjust the salt.Add the green chili, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
