Japanese Beef Curry Udon Ingredients

300 gr sliced Beef2 pack of udon2 medium potato2 medium carrot1 large onion1 apple, blended or grated1 tbsp minced garlic500 ml beef stock4 tbsp Butter

Seasoning Sauce

2 cubes of japanese curry roux (40 gr)1/2 cup marinara sauce2 tbsp Soy sauce1 tbsp sake1 tsp Dark soy sauce1 tbsp tonkatsu sauceSugarSalt

Topping (Optional)

Spring onionSoft boiled eggs

Steps

1. Boil potato and carrots until tender2. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan, saute onion and garlic until caramelized3. Add sliced beef and stir4. Add blended apple, carrot, potato, beef broth and all seasoning sauce and bring it to a boil, and simmer for 3-5 mins5. Add udon and cook for 2 more mins6. Lastly add the remaining butter and give another good stir7. Serve beef curry udon with spring onion and soft boiled egg
