Honey Garlic Chicken Ingredients

4 chicken breastSalt and pepper1/2 cup flour2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp butter3 minced garlic1/2 cup honey2 tbsp soya sauce2 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp sriracha

Instruction

1: lay chicken breast on a board is it’s too thick pound little bit.2: sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides3: dip the chicken with flour on both sides.4: heat skillet over high heat for about 1 minute then add olive oil.5: when the oil gets hot add the chicken then lower the heat to medium cook for about 4 minutes don’t move or turn before 4 minutes6: after 4 minutes check if the bottom golden color then flip to the other side and cook for 3 minutes.7: make room between the chicken breast and add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic.8: cook garlic for about 30 seconds then add honey, soya sauce, apple cider vinegar and sriracha.9:when the sauce start bubbling and getting thick pour it on top the chicken with spoon the. Turn off the heat.10: sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and green onion on top.11:Serve with steam rice and veggies

Steam rice:2 cups rice( any type of rice you like)3 cups of water

Wash and Soak rice for 15 minutes then drain water, in a pot add rice with water when start bubbling lower the heat to the lowest setting cover and cook for 10 minutes after 10 minute turn off heat and leave it covered for another 10 minutes.
