Mix all dry ingredients and separate them with a 1:2 portion2. For 2/3 of the dough, mix with matcha powder, yogurt n syrup3. For 1/3 of the dough, mix with cacao powder, yogurt n syrup4. Preheat oven to 200 (convention)/ 190 (fan-forced)5. Save a bit of for Frankenstein’s eyes, mouth & scars6. Roll the two dough into 2 separate ball7. Combine them with the help of plastic wrap n flatten a bit8. Use chopstick to ‘pull’ its hair from the brown to green dough9. Make holes for its eyes, add cream cheese and place eye balls (brown dough) in the middle10. Shape its mouth n scars11. Bake for 10-12 mins12.
