Fettuccine Alfredo Healthy And No-cream Version Ingredients Fettuccine pasta3 tbsp butter (or olive oil)1-2 garlic cloves minced4 tbsp flour2-3 cups almond milk (or any milk)Salt and pepperA dash of nutmegParmesan Steps While pasta is cooking, heat the butter on medium heat and cook garlic for a minute. Sprinkle flour and whisk for another minute. Add 2 cups of milk and whisk until combined.
