200g pasta of choice1/2 cup pickles finely chopped1 small red pepper finely chopped1 small red onion finely chopped4 hard-boiled eggs finely chopped1/4 cup parsley finely chopped

Steps

Cook The Pasta, Drain And Rince With Cold Water Until Completely Cooled.Place In A Bowl With The Rest Of The Salad Ingredients.Prepare The Dressing And Pour Over The Salad, Tossing Until Everything Is Coated.Serve With Red Onion Slices And More Chopped Parsley.
