Crispy Tender Cajun Lamb Ribs Ingredient 8 pieces lamb ribs ( @tariqhalalmeats )1 tbsp-Olive oil ( or any oil of your choice)1 tsp- Ginger powder1 tsp- Garlic powder1 tsp- Paprika powder1 tsp- Onion powder1 tsp- Cumin powder1 tsp- Pepper coarse1.5 tsp-Cajun powderSalt to taste Method Add olive oil and all the dry ingredients above to the lamb ribsRub the ribs until fully coated.Cover the ribs and let it marinate at least 2 hours. I left mine overnightPreheat the oven 160’cPlace the ribs on a tray and cover with tinfoil place it in the oven and cook for 1 hour 45 minutesFor a crispy rib remove the tin foil 5 minutes before so the outer Layer will be crispy but super tender and juicy when biting through the crust.Serve it with any sauce or sides of your choiceI served mine with crispy herby baby potatoes Source : www.instagram.com
