Chicken & cheese masala mixtureBoneless chicken boiled and shredded 200 gms @meathubpkOnion 1 small sliced thinlyGreen chillies 1 sliced thinlyCapsicum 1 /2 sliced thinlyCarrots 1/2 sliced thinlyChili garlic sauce 2 tablespoons @shangrila_jeddahRed chilli flakes as per choice @shanfoodsglobalSalt to tasteBlack pepper 1 teaspoonMozrella chesse 1/2 cup @darifoodsMix all well to form chicken and cheese mixture

For Top Coating

Corn flakes @kelloggsarabia and bread crumbs crushed finely 2 cups

Method

First apply the butter on the bread slice evenlyThen apply the chicken and cheese filling and cover with the other sliceThen coat these with the egg mixtureThen coat these crushed bread crumbs and corn flakes mixtureIn the frying pan add 6 tablespoons olive oil and shallow fry until golden brown from both sidesCut into two slices and enjoy with ketchup and chutney
