Blend the kernels with 150 ml milk finely, then strain it. –2. Put it into a saucepan, then add the gelatin and sugar. Mix well. –3. Heat it up. Stir it continuously until boiling. –4. In a bowl, mix the cream, the rest of the milk, and the corn mixture. –5. Transfer it into ramekins. Chill it overnight. Served them with cherry compote on top.
