Chocolate Cupcake Dry Ingredients (Mix All) 1 Cup 125g All Purpose Flour30g Cocoa Powder¾ Cup 170g Sugar1 Teaspoon Baking Powder½ Teaspoon Baking SodaA pinch of Salt Chocolate Cupcakewet Ingredients (Mix All) ½ Cup 113g Butter, melted½ Cup 125ml Milk2 Eggs Topping Salted Caramel Sauce Filling (Optional) Cherry Jam Buttercream (Mix All Together) 1 Cup 250g Butter2 Cups Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar)2 tbsp Salted Caramel Sauce Instructions 1. Preheat oven at temperature 180 degrees Celsius2. Mix wet and dry ingredients with spatula.3. Put a scoop of batter (I’m using ice cream scoop) into wach cups.4. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes. Cool them down.5. Using a tip or knive or any tools, make a small hole. Put the filling in.6.
