Ingredients – Step 1 2 Breast chicken cut in cubesSalt to taste2 tsp- Kashmiri chilli powder1 tsp- Black pepperGenerous amount garlic & ginger1.5 tbsp- Corn flour2 tbsp- Plain flour1/2 tsp- Red food colour1 tbsp- Lemon juice1 medium egg Cooking Sauce – Step 2 3 tbsp- Natural yoghurt2 tbsp- Kashmiri chilli powder1 tsp- Garam masala1 tsp- Cumin powder1 tsp- Back pepperSalt to taste1/2 tsp- red food colour Step 3 1 tsp- Cumin seed4/5 Green chilli slicedOil for frying Method Mix all the ingredients in step 1 and marinade 3/4 hours in the fridgeMix all the ingredients in step 2 to create a sauce.In a pan deep fry the marinated chicken until crispy and leave asideKeep a little oil in the same panAdd cumin seed and green chilli & curry leaves ( I run out ) followed by the step 2 sauce.Mix wellAdd the fried chicken pieces and mix untilfully coated.Cook for further 4-5 minutes until the sauce evaporatesVoila!
