Ingredients 400 gr boiled/steamed peeled potatoes, mashed120 gr corn startch1 tsp salt1/2 tsp white pepper powder50 gr shredded cheddar cheese2 tsp oregano flakes*a bit waterCooking oil*In this recipe, I used my over-night mashed potatoes. I put it in the fridge, so moisture of the steamed potatoes was less. I added a bit water to help the mashed potatoes became one firm dough (that could hold the shape). Instructions 1. Mix all the ingredients. If the dough is too crumbly, you can add a bit water.2. Put the dough on worktop, then flat it evenly using a rolling pin for 1 cm thick.3.
