Blueberry Coffee Cake Ingredients 2 cups Bisquick2⁄3 cup milk8 oz fresh or frozen blueberries2 Tsp sugar1 egg Brown Sugar Cinnamon Streusal Topping 2⁄3 cup brown sugar2⁄3 cup Bisquick4 oz butter1 Tbs cinnamon Additional half cup fresh blueberries for topping Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 8 inch round cake pan. We use a springform pan with a removable bottom so that the cake displays beautifully. If you do not use a springform pan, you will not be able to remove the cake from the pan as it is very moist. Just serve in the pan.2. Mix all ingredients for the cake together. Pour into pan. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven.3. Mix all brown sugar topping ingredients together. Spinkle evenly on top of baked cake.4. Return cake to oven. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove.
