In a bowl mix together flour, nutmeg, sugar and salt2. In a container mix together your milk, egg, butter and yeast and let it sit for 2-3 mins3. Combine both your dry and wet mixtures and knead for 10 mins on a floured surface4. Transfer over to a greased bowl and let it rise for 1-2hrs5. Roll out but not too thin, and using a bowl or a doughnut cutter create doughnut holes. I didn’t have a cutter so I used a bowl for the main doughnut and a small lid for the middle cut out!6. Preheat your AirFryer for 5 mins at 180C and place your doughnuts in the AirFryer leaving a good gap in between.7. Airfry for 4 mins at 180C – top with chocolate and sprinkles!– This can also be made Vegan using plant based milk and butter and removing the egg! Source : www.instagram.com
