Do it till all the batter done. –4. Steam them for 15 minutes. –5. Fry them. Served with peanut sauce.Peanut Sauce100 gr peanuts3 candlenuts5 shallots6 garlic cloves¼ tsp white pepper powder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp sweet soy sauce50 gr palm sugar1 big chili2 tbsp tamarind water250 waterCooking oilInstructions1.Saute candlenuts, shallots, garlic, and chili in hot cooking oil till fragrant. –2. Put peanuts, sauted spices, palm sugar, and water in food processor. Ground it till smooth. –3. Put them back on sauce pan, then add pepper, tamarind, and salt. Stir it well. –4.
