Moni’s 7up Cake

Ingredients

4 eggs1 tsp of vanilla2 cups of sugar3 cups of flour2 tbsp baking powderZest of 1 lemon1 cup of 7 up1 cup of oil

For The Glaze

1 cup of powdered sugar1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps

Preheat your oven 350 degreesMix eggs, vanilla, sugar, sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, lemon zest and finally add the 7upPour the batter in a greased Bundt pan.Bake for 45 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.Once it cools down add the glaze and decorate with slices of lemon.
