Download ImageWatch Video Mango Chia Pudding Ingredients1 cup coconut milk (or any other milk)3 tbsp chia seeds2 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)1 cup mangotoasted coconut flakes for garnishRaspberry for garnishMethod1. Stir together coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Place mixture in the fridge to set, at least 30 minutes but up to 12 hours.2. peel mango and remove flesh. Place mango flesh in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth.3. Spoon chia pudding into a jar. Top with a layer of mango puree and then continue to layer. I did two layers and ended with the chia pudding.4. Sprinkle a few pieces of toasted coconut and frozen raspberries on top and enjoy. Source : www.instagram.com
