Zaatar Roasted Carrots Ingredients 7 small carrots1 tsp olive oil1 garlic clove minced1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp zaatarA pinch of salt and pepper Steps Slice the carrots and place them in a bowl. Toss with the rest of the ingredients to completely coat. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven on 220C for 30 minutes or until they get tender.
