Download ImageTandoori Wings Ingredients For Approx 12 Wings;A box of chicken wings (roughly 1kg)2 tbsp vegetable oil3 heaped tbsp plain yogurt1/2 the juice of 1 lemon1 tsp black pepper1 tsp ground turmeric2 tsp cumin1 tsp of chopped ginger2 tsp salt1 tsp red chilli powder2 tbsp tandoori masala powder4 garlic cloves (minced)1 chopped green chilliA few drops of red food colouring2 heaped tbsp tandoori paste (pataks)A sprinkle of parsleySteps1. Wash the wings thoroughly and make little slits as you go along.2. In a large bowl, mix the wings with all of the above ingredients and let marinate, preferably overnight.3. When ready to cook, set the oven to 200C. Prepare a baking tray and line with foil brushed with a little oil before placing the wings on the tray. (Ensure the wings aren’t overcoated!)4. Bake in the over for about 45 – 50 mins and do not turn the wings over!5. Increase heat to about 220C for a further 5 mins to get a crispy top if required! Source : www.instagram.com
