Ingredients ( Step 1 ) 1/2kg Chicken flat wings ( wash and pat dry )1 Cup buttermilk1 egg1 tsp- All purpose seasoning2 tbs- Hot sauce I used Coating ( Step 2 ) 1 Cup of plain flour1/2 cup corn flour1 tsp- All purpose seasoning1 tsp- Black pepper1 tsp- Garlic powder1 tsp- Onion powder Bang Bang Sauce ( Step 3 ) 2 tbsp- Mayonnaise @hellmannsuk2 tbsp- Sriracha sauce @sriracha_fg2 tbsp- Sweet chilli sauce Oil For Frying Method:Wash and pat dry wingsIn a bowl add all the ingredients from step 1Give it a mix and soak the chicken inLeave in the fridge to marinade minimum 1 hour, for best results leave in the fridge for 4/5 hoursIn a separate bowl add all ingredients from step 2.Add the chicken making sure it is well coated in the flour mixtureHeat the oil in a pan on a medium heat, cook the wings for 5/6 minutes on each side until crispy.Follow step 3, create the bang bang saucePour the sauce over and give it a toss and enjoyVoila!
