Ingredients Of The Meatballs 500 gr minced beef2 slices of bread 5 tbsp whole milk (soak the bread in milk)1 small brown onion, minced1 pip garlic, mincedA pinch of black pepper powderA pinch of mixed spicesHalf of a tsp salt1 egg Instructions 1. Mix all the ingredients. Shape into balls, golf ball-size2. Grease the pan, heat up.3. Sear the meatballs on pan, until changed the colour all around. Safe aside on a tray.4. Cook them in the preheated oven at temperature 180 degree celcius for about 5 mins to continue the cooking process.5. Put the meatballs into gravy. Stir it. Turn off the heat. Enjoy!
