Spooky Spider Web Black Bean And Avocado Dip Ingredients

Black bean layer:2 cans black beans with liquid1 Tbs fresh lime juice4 Tbs chopped cilantro leaves1⁄2 tsp salt1⁄2 tsp ground cumin1⁄4 tsp pepper1⁄8 tsp crushed red pepperAvocado layer:5 cups avocado, chopped into 1⁄2 inch pieces2 Tbs fresh lime juice1 tsp salt1⁄2 tsp pepper

Topping

Sour cream3 plum tomatoes, no seeds, chopped2 green onions, sliced14 kalamata olives, sliced in half2 Tbs cilantro leaves, separatedShredded cheddar cheesePlastic spider

Directions

1. Pour both cans of black beans into a bowl. Mix with lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin and red pepper. Roughly smash the beans, leaving some semi whole. Spread evenly over bottom of serving dish.2. Mix avocado with the lime juice, salt and pepper . Spread in serving dish covering the bean layer.3. Place sour cream in a plastic baggy, cut off small tip. Pipe spider web in middle on top of avocado. Surround the web with tomatoes, olives, green onions, cheese and cilantro leaves. Place plastic spider in the middle of the web.
