Spicy Smashed Avocado With Fried Eggs Ingredients

2 medium sized avocados, smashed2 red chillies, sliced1/2 small red onion, sliced1 tbsp of lemon juice, freshly squeezedsalt, to taste2 pieces of toast2 fried eggschilli flakes, to taste

Method

1. Mash the avocados until smooth2. Add the chillies, onion, lemon juice and salt and mix well3. Spread the avocado mixture on some toast4. Top each piece of toast with a fried egg5. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top6. Enjoy!
