Ingredients 1 kg Fresh Water Fish Fillet – Cut into fingers3 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 cup Gram Flour (Besan)Few Drops red Food Color – Optional1 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp chili powderSalt according to taste1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed1 tsp roasted cumin seeds1 tbsp crushed chili1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves1/2 Tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)1 Tbsp Chat Masala – Optional Method Cut the fish into fingers. Add chili powder, curry powder, salt, carom seeds and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for at-least 1 hour or overnight in fridge.After marination add gram flour, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chili flakes, chat masala, fenugreek leaves and red color (optional)Mix well until everything is sticking to fish.Leave it for 15 minutes.Heat the oil on medium heat and fry fish for 5-7 minutes until it’s crispy and golden from outside.Serve it with lemon wedges and tamarind sauce (imli chutney) Source : www.instagram.com
