Download ImageWatch Video Aloo Gobi Ingredients1 tbsp of ghee1 tbsp of cumin seeds3 dried red chillies, whole1 small red onion, sliced1 tbsp of turmeric1 tbsp of chilli powder2 heaped tbsp of Greek Yoghurt1 cup of hot water2 medium sized potatoes, chopped1 small whole cauliflower, cut into floretssalt, to taste1 tbsp of garam masalafresh coriander, to garnishMethod1. Add some ghee to a pan2. Once the ghee melts, add cumin seeds and dried red chillies3. Add the onion and sauté4. Once the onions start turning translucent, add the turmeric and chilli powder5. Add Greek yoghurt and mix6. Add water and stir to combine7. Add the chopped potatoes and cauliflower8. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until the veggies are pretty much cooked9.
