In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, salt & fry them with sesame oil on medium heat until lightly browned.Once done, remove & add 1 tbsp oil & add the onion, ginger garlic & stir fry until translucent.•Now add the peppers, mushrooms & broccoli & stir fry until they become semi soft.•Now whisk all the sauces together with water & cornstarch & add it to the skillet.•Toss everything together until it’s thickened & aromatic•Sprinkle with sesame seeds & green onions.
