Red Velvet Cake Ingredients Betty Crocker Red Velvet Cake Mix 425g100g melted butter200ml milk3 medium eggs Cream Cheese Frosting 500g Philadelphia Soft Cheese2 tsp vanilla extract500g sifted icing sugar230g butter at room temperature Steps 1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas Mark 4 and grease three cake tins.2. Whisk the butter, milk, eggs and cake mix together a for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.3. Pour into the tins and bake for 20 minutes until rounded knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let each cake cool whilst you prepare the frosting.4. Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract and slowly the sifted icing sugar. (Add more sugar if to firm up the frosting/refrigerate for about 10-15mins.)5. Once the cakes are completely cool, layer each with frosting and decorate on top with strawberries and blueberries.
