Pastel Donuts Ingredients

For donuts dough :Flour 2 &1/4 cupsButter 1/4 cup @ room temperaturewhite Sugar 2 tablespoonsPinch of saltYeast 1 tablespoonVanilla extract 1 teaspoon @fosterclarksarabiaWarm milk 125 mlEgg 1 @ room temperature

For Glaze

Icing sugar 1 cupMilk 3-4 tablespoonspink , blue and green color a pinch @fosterclarksarabia

Method

Mix warm milk , yeast and sugar and set it aside for 10-15 min until froth formsAdd egg and butter to it ,Add vanilla and salt also to this mixtureIn a large bowl or in a stand mixer add the flour and add the yeast mixture to itKnead well to form a doughRest the dough for 1-2 hours until it risesRoll the dough on the surface and cut with small donut cutter and place the donuts on the baking paperLet it rest again for 45 minThen deep fry them on low flame until golden brown from both sidesCool completely over the rackTop with different pastel colored glaze
