Nandos Chicken Ingredients

– 4 chicken breasts– Nandos peri peri coat and cook sachet 120g (hot)– 2tbsp East End hot peri peri rub– 2tbsp oil

Steps

1. Coat the chicken with the above ingredients and leave to marinate for at least an hour if possible.2. Heat oil in pan and cook the chicken for about 35 – 40 minutes ensuring to cover the pan. Serve with sides when done.
