Download ImageHot Lump Crab Dip Ingredients16 oz lump crab1 – 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained, chopped1 – 6 oz jar pimentos, drained1 – 8 oz bar cream cheese, softened2 fresh garlic cloves, grated1⁄4 cup mayonnaise1⁄4 cup sour cream1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce1 1⁄2 tsp old bay seasoning1 Tbs fresh lemon juice1⁄2-1 Tbs Siracha depending on level of spice desired1⁄4 cup sliced green onion1⁄2 tsp salt1⁄4 tsp pepperDirections1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay spice, Siracha, salt & pepper. Mix together very well until smooth.3. Stir in the water chestnuts, shredded cheese, pimentos and green onions.4. Fold in the crab being careful not to break it apart too much.5. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.6.
