Leave goats cheese at room temperature for 1 hour.2. Form into a log in your hands and place on a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment.3. Decorate with the flowers and herbs.4. Flip over onto a second piece of plastic, decorate the other side.5. Roll up the decorated log of cheese and form into a uniform shape. Sometimes we make a disc instead of a log. Smooth out the shape with your fingers.6. Refrigerate 1 hour.7.
