Ingredients 4 tbsp butter1 medium onion diced4 garlic cloves – minced1 pack of Baby Bella mushrooms chopped1 lbs green beans1/2 cup flourSalt & pepperChili flakes1 cup shredded cheddar4 cups milk or half & half Steps If you choose to use canned beans instead of fresh, you will need 3 cans for this recipe. Drain well and set aside.Add the green beans to boiling salted water, cook for 2-3 minutes then drain well and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking. Set aside.Sauté onions in butter, add mushrooms, salt & pepper, aleppo pepper, minced garlic.Add flour then half & half, add the cheddar cheese.
