Garlic Pomodoro Baked Gnocchi Ingredients 500g Gnocchi440g Tomato (canned)1 Yellow Onion, (chopped)5-6 Garlic Cloves100g Spinach3⁄4 tsp Salt3⁄4 tsp Pepper3⁄4 tsp Curry Powder3⁄4 tsp Turmeric3⁄4 tsp Chilli Poweder3⁄4 tsp Dried Herbs60g Cheese (to mix in)120g Cheese (on top) Method 1. Preheat the oven to 200c2. In a pot add your oil and onions, cook until translucent (6mins) on medium heat, then add your garlic and cooked for 2 mins3. Add in your blitz canned tomato, giving it a good stir. Then add in your spices listed above with your spinach and cheese. Mix until we’ll combined!4. In the meantime boil your pre-packaged gnocchi following instructions on the back5. Add your gnocchi in with a few teaspoons of gnocchi boiled water.6.
