Dip a piece rice paper into water. (Do not soak it nor dip the rice papers all together). Place on the cooking board.2. Put and arrange the filling on top, then roll it.3. The dipping sauce: put all the ingredients in a blender. Mix them all until smooth. Cook it on sauce pan. Stir it until reduced and darker in colour.4. Serve the spring roll with the sauce. Enjoy!
