Easy Seekh Kabab Ingredients 500 gram mince meat1 medium onion1 potato2-3 green chili5-7 garlic cloves1/2 inch ginger1/4 cup cilantro8-10 mint leaves1 teaspoon chili flakes1 teaspoon cumin seeds1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powderSalt according to taste3- 4 tablespoon chickpea flour1 tablespoon oil for frying Method Add the onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, mint, potato and green chili and pulse on low until it’s slightly chunky paste. Squeeze all the water out.add the mince meat with the paste and all the spices in the food processor. Pulse everything together. Let the mince rest in the fridge for half an hour.Remove the mince from the fridge. Take a tennis ball size piece and put it up on skewers.Add the kebabs to the hot pan and cook on all four sides for 3-5 minutes each until golden brown.serve warm and garnish with lemon, cilantro, red onions, chilis, and chutney!
